Coaching
Organizational coaching
With organizational coaching, we support companies in the healthy management of their human resources.
A problematic organizational climate has an impact on everyone and can translate into a lack of motivation in personnel, a lack of effective communication, an increase in absenteeism, a drop in productivity, etc.
An organizational diagnosis allows us to identify the causes and symptoms of an unfavourable climate.
Through individual or group interventions, our professionals will accompany you in determining which strategies and actions to adopt. They will help you implement innovative solutions that will increase your organizational efficiency as well as mobilize and increase employee loyalty.
Management coaching
Management coaching aims to develop and improve the management competencies of managers within the framework of their responsibilities. By using a mentor-type relationship, LEDUC Human Resources becomes involved in the daily activities and supports managers by enabling them to take advantage of their experience, in turn helping them develop of their autonomy.
In individual or group meetings, the coach supports the manager or team in analyzing the problem. The coach questions and provides examples and situations. He or she and the manager together identify the improvements to date and establish the points to develop. The coach provides support and encouragement to the manager in his or her various managerial responsibilities.
Behavioural coaching
Behavioural coaching consists of developing favourable competencies, behaviours or attitudes for an individual to achieve specific objectives. It involves a structured exchange between a coach and a manager, using information on the performance of the latter, in terms of his or her professional duties. LEDUC Human Resources stimulates significant and continuous improvement of the manager’s performance.
On the basis of individual meetings with their coach and, when necessary, with the use of psychometric techniques, the managers focus on the development of their communication skills, their interpersonal or political skills, as well as certain attributes of their leadership.
