With a degree in professional orientation, Maryse Brouillard has been working for fifteen years in human resources, more particularly in recruitment and selection services. She has worked in human resources teams of all sizes in order to rethink and optimize their recruitment processes and practices.
To this vast comprehension of diverse types of organizations can be added international experience, in which Ms. Brouillard took charge of the expatriation of professionals and executives, as well as the revision of associated processes.
Her dynamism and sharp business acumen have been present since the beginning of her career when she occupied the role of associate in a human resources consulting firm where she was in charge of business development, management of the team in place as well as the international division.
Rich in experience, with a pointed knowledge of market demands and the associated stakes, she has become a partner of LEDUC Human Resources in order to develop the executive search division. Recognized in her field for her creative and humane approach, she continuously renews her approach and brings innovative solutions to the mandates she manages.
Normand Leduc, Vice President
Normand Leduc possesses over thirty years of experience in human resources management. He has devoted a large part of his professional life to career management, training, labour relations, sales management and upper-management coaching, allowing him to assist and advise several senior executives in pan-Canadian corporations.
With diplomacy and professionalism, he has been directly involved in innumerable restructuring, executive recruitment and talent management files. He made a name for himself in the business world thanks to his experience and the quality of his work as well as through his vast business network.
From the very start of his career as a director of organisational relations, he stood out for his leadership and the quality of his interpersonal relationships. His entrepreneurial style and innate business sense led him to manage several sales teams and act as general manager for several business centres.
Mr. Leduc has a degree in Human Resources Management and a degree in Management.
Melissa Lachapelle, Administrative Assistant
With a degree in Administration, Mélissa Lachapelle has many years of experience as an administrative assistant. Ms. Lachapelle’s exceptional customer service is a product of her interpersonal skills and innate understanding of human relationships.
